Premier Skateboard Association: Backyard Skate Battle Obstacles

By on December 2, 2021 0

The Premier Skateboarding Association (PSA) continues its Backyard Skate Battle series this Saturday with BSB # 3, hosted live at Berrics in Los Angeles. The live street skating broadcast begins at 1:00 p.m. PST (4:00 p.m. EST). Tune in to ClutchPoints for an afternoon of must-see skater clashes, exclusive interviews and hours of tricks.

PSA’s official Backyard Skate Battles consist of timed heats where two (or three) skaters compete against each other. In each round, the skaters have 3 minutes to complete 2 figures each on a series of courses that imitate the “typical” obstacles of the street.

This Saturday, BSB # 3 competitors will be skating the Double 5-Stairs, A-Frame and Big Section (also known as 7-Stairs). Here’s how each one works, as explained by host Jordan Hoffart.
