A loan, a few exits and more signings to strengthen AC Milan this summer
There are 8 games left to play AC Milan. Stefano Pioli and his team are totally focused on finding the best form and tactics to take on each team in the coming weeks. To win the Scudetto, the red and black faithful must obviously be very motivated and be faultless by obtaining the maximum number of points.
Tutosport, however, write that although the efforts are all focused on the good end of the season, there is also the transfer agenda. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara want to continue on the path they started when they took over as Technical Director and Paolo Maldini: to rebuild a strong Milan side to compete at the top level of European football.
The Turin daily continues to insist that Sven Botman is the club’s first target for the summer. Alessio Romagnoli is likely to leave at the end of the season, and Matteo Gabbia could also be temporarily away from Milanello.
Gleison Bremer also interests AC Milan, but it also attracts rivals Inter. Fodé Ballo-Touré, who arrived last summer from Monaco, could be on board because he failed to convince the club and the coach. Instead, Empoli’s young Italian left-back, Fabien Parisi, is set to take over if a deal is successfully reached. A lot will depend on Empoli’s asking price though.
Franck Kessié will leave Milan once his contract ends as Barcelona reportedly lock him on a pre-contract with medicals already undergone. Paolo Maldini’s alternative is Renato Sanches from Lille.
On the attack side, AC Milan are close to securing the signing of coveted Liverpool star striker Divock Origi.
